§ 01 — Compliance Communication Systems

Secure Brand Protection & Rights Verification Infrastructure

A verified communication infrastructure for legal notices, intellectual property enforcement workflows, anti-phishing coordination, abuse escalation, and compliance operations. Engineered for rights holders, in-house counsel, and digital trust teams who require auditable, cryptographically authenticated channels.

§ 02 — Operational Modules

Eight coordinated layers of verified enforcement communication.

Spinboss Protect operates as a discrete infrastructure tier between rights holders and the platforms, registrars, and hosts that receive their notices. Each module is independently auditable, individually signed, and routed through redundant relays under formal escalation policy.

§ 02.1 — ROUTING

Verified Notification Routing

Outbound legal and compliance notices are signed, time-stamped, and routed through redundant relays with deliverability telemetry and counterparty acknowledgement reconciliation.

Signed · Auditable · Reconciled
§ 02.2 — RIGHTS

Rights Holder Communication Infrastructure

Dedicated channels for rights coordinators to dispatch claim correspondence, evidence packages, and counter-notice responses with chain-of-custody logging at every hop.

Chain of Custody · Evidence Vault
§ 02.3 — ANTI-PHISHING

Anti-Phishing Verification Framework

Public reference endpoints, DMARC enforcement at p=reject, and a sender verification portal that allows any recipient to independently confirm message authenticity.

DMARC p=reject · Recipient Lookup
§ 02.4 — ESCALATION

Abuse Escalation Operations

Tiered escalation lanes for active fraud, large-scale brand abuse, and infrastructure-level harm, coordinated with hosting providers, registrars, and law-enforcement liaisons.

Tier 1 · Tier 2 · Tier 3
§ 02.5 — INTEGRITY

Infrastructure Integrity Monitoring

Continuous attestation of relay nodes, DKIM key rotations, and TLS posture, surfaced publicly at the Infrastructure Status page with cryptographic transparency logs.

Attested · Transparent
§ 02.6 — COMPLIANCE

Compliance Communication Systems

Aligned with the DSA, the DMCA, the InfoSoc Directive, and applicable trademark frameworks. Communications are retained under documented retention and disclosure policies.

DSA · DMCA · GDPR-Aligned
§ 02.7 — REVIEW

Incident Review Coordination

Structured intake for counter-notices and disputed claims with a documented, time-bound review lifecycle. All decisions are written, dated, and traceable to evidence references.

Time-Bound · Documented
§ 02.8 — AUTHENTICATION

Secure Mail Authentication

SPF, DKIM (RSA-2048), DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and ARC sealing on every outbound message, with public selectors documented and rotated under a published schedule.

SPF · DKIM · DMARC · MTA-STS
§ 03 — Architecture

An infrastructure tier purpose-built for legal correspondence.

The platform separates the act of sending a legal notice from the systems that prove it was sent, by whom, when, and with what evidentiary attachments. Every layer is independently verifiable.

Outbound messages are signed by rotating DKIM keys, sealed by ARC, transported under TLS 1.3, and reconciled against a public-facing verification endpoint. Recipients can confirm authenticity without trusting the sending domain alone.

§ 04 — Trust Indicators

Trusted by digital rights teams worldwide.

Used by in-house legal, anti-piracy, brand integrity, and abuse-response teams to dispatch and verify enforcement correspondence at scale. Counterparties include major registrars, hosting providers, content platforms, and search infrastructure operators.
